HCPRO PAG 150 – Heavy-Duty Reliability for the Toughest Jobs!
Trust HCPRO PAG 150 for heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional protection and performance. This high-viscosity lubricant is formulated to handle extreme loads and high temperatures, ensuring your equipment operates smoothly and efficiently.
With superior anti-wear properties and thermal stability, it is the go-to choose for both industrial and automotive systems facing the harshest conditions. Rely on HCPRO PAG 150 for dependable lubrication that meets the demands of the toughest jobs.
Key Features:
- High Viscosity: Ideal for heavy-duty applications.
- Extreme Load Handling: Protects under high-pressure conditions.
- Thermal Stability: Ensures consistent performance in varying temperatures.
- Lubricity and Anti-Wear: Minimizes friction and extends component life.
- Versatile Use: Suitable for both industrial and automotive systems.
Advantages of PAG Lubricants:
- HIGH VISCOSITY INDEX: Lower viscosity grades than mineral oil-based lubricants can be used for improved efficiency. PAG-based lubricants also don not require viscosity index improvers as mineral oil-based lubricants may.
- LOW VOLATILITY/HIGH FLASH POINT: PAG lubricants have higher flash points and lower volatility than mineral oil-based lubricants. Properly stabilized with antioxidants, flash and fire points of PAG lubricants increase significantly.
- DESIGNED SOLUBILITY: Can be designed to be water-soluble, oil-soluble, or intermediate.
- MINIMAL DEPOSIT FORMATION: Degradation products of PAGs are soluble in PAG lubricant.
- ENVIRONMENTAL ACCEPTABILITY: Many viscosity grades do not harm the environment, have low aquatic toxicity, and are non-bio accumulative.
- HYDROLYTIC STABILITY: PAG lubricants do not break down in the presence of water.
- FIRE-RESISTANT: Combination of lower carbon content than mineral oil, PAOs, or esters; and high flash and fire points.
- WATER TOLERANT: PAG-based lubricants can accommodate higher water content than mineral oil-based lubricants without corrosion.
- THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY: PAG-based lubricants provide better cooling than mineral oil-based lubricants, lowering sump temperatures, and extending equipment and fluid life in some applications.
- LOW FRICTION COEFFICIENTS: Minimal friction generation to minimize wear.
